The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the providers against all third party actions or claims
and costs arising from any act or omission pursuant to the agreement.the provider shall be released
from its obligations under this agreement where it fails to meet its obligations on account of an act of
god, fire, flood or subsidence, equipment failure, power failure, work stoppage or other industrial
action
by the provider or any third party, which is either directly or indirectly, beyond the provider's control.
Benidorm Beds is not a party to the agreement and acts as booking system operator only and in
principal shall have no responsibility in respect of the terms hereof, whether directly or indirectly.
